1. When do I have to make the pre and final payment?
As soon as you make your reservation, you have 48 hours to make the prepayment to confirm your booking. We request that you make final payment 6 weeks before arrival.
Should zour reservation fall within 6 weeks of your arrival date you are required to make full payment.
2. What are the cancellation conditions?

If canceled up to 6 weeks before date of arrival, €27,00 administration costs will be charged. If canceled later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
3. Where can I order bread and ski passes?
You may order your bread and ski passes online on your own private Customer Lounge page.
4. Is it possible to get discounted ski and board lessons?
We work together with Alpin Skischule, if you book your lesson and/or ski rental with them you get a discount. Just tell them you booked an apartment with us. You can pre order your lessons and rental online by following this link
5. Are there towels and bedlinen in the apartment?
Yes, both are provided in the apartment. Per person there are 2 big towels and 2 small towels. The kitchen is also equipped with tea towel and a hand towel.
6. Where do I have to pick up the key?
On the day of arrival, you can get the key between 16:00 and 19:00 at the office of Kaprun Rentals Ferienservice. The address is Wilhelm-Fazekas-Straße 15a, 5710, Kaprun.

7. Is there a baby cot and chair in the apartment?
Should you require one please advise. We are able to provide this service at a cost of €24.00 per stay.
8. How far is the apartment from the town center?
All of our apartments are within 25 minutes of the town centre. The layout of the town means that there are always restaurants and shops within a short walk.
9. Do I have to pay for the ski bus?
Kaprun and Zell am See provide a free ski bus during the Winter season. Please be aware for journeys outside of the ski opening hours and for non ski guests there is a charge for this service.
10. Are pets allowed ?
-No, pets are not allowed.
When the COVID-19 measures are in place the following general terms and conditions apply.
If the CODIV-19 measures make traveling impossible, we will refund the amount paid minus 5% bank charges.
If you are not possible to travel due to a positive COVID-19 test we can cancel your booking if you can hand over a prove of the positive test result.
If your booking is canceled, you will receive a promotional code with which you will receive a 10% discount on the amount of the rent of the apartment for a subsequent booking.
