1. When do I have to make the pre and final payment? 
As soon as you make your reservation, you have 48 hours to make the prepayment to confirm your booking. We request that you make final payment 6 weeks before arrival. 
Should your reservation fall within 6 weeks of your arrival date you are required to make full payment.
2. What are the cancellation conditions?

If canceled up to 6 weeks before date of arrival, €27,00 administration costs will be charged. If canceled later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 
3. Where can I order bread and ski passes? 
You may order your bread and ski passes online on your own private Customer Lounge page. 
4. Is it possible to get discounted ski and board lessons? 
We work together with Alpin Skischule, if you book your lesson and/or ski rental with them you get a discount. Just tell them you booked an apartment with us. You can pre order your lessons and rental online by following this link
5. Are there towels and bedlinen in the apartment? 
Yes, both are provided in the apartment. Per person there are 2 big towels and 2 small towels. The kitchen is also equipped with tea towel and a hand towel.
6. Where do I have to pick up the key?
On the day of arrival, you can get the key between 16:00 and 19:00 at the office of Kaprun Rentals Ferienservice. The address is Wilhelm-Fazekas-Straße 15a, 5710, Kaprun.

7. Is there a baby cot and chair in the apartment? 
Should you require one please advise. We are able to provide this service at a cost of € 35.00 per stay.
8. How far is the apartment from the town center? 
All of our apartments are within 25 minutes of the town centre. The layout of the town means that there are always restaurants and shops within a short walk. 
9. Do I have to pay for the ski bus? 
Kaprun and Zell am See provide a free ski bus during the Winter season. Please be aware for journeys outside of the ski opening hours and for non ski guests there is a charge for this service.  
10. Are pets allowed ?
-No, pets are not allowed.
  • 28-02-2024 | GUIDED SNOWSHOE HIKE
    During the winter every Wednesday, 08.00pm the traditional ski hut evening takes place at the Jausenstation Unteraigen, with original delicacies from the "Pinzgau" and traditional live music, traditional Austrian shoe slapping dance and sketches.

  • 28-02-2024 | YOGA WITH NICKI
    End the day with a classic hatha yoga class. The focus will be on breathing exercises, sun salutations, classic hatha yoga poses and a well-deserved relaxation period at the end of the class.

    Every Thursday, accompanied by the AlpaSistas, you will walk with snowshoes from the summit of the Schmittenhöhe via the high altitude promenade to the Sonnkogel. The cleared winter hiking trail allows impressive views over the snow-covered mountains and Lake Zell. 

    From mid December until late March every Thursday at 08.00 pm you can be part of a guided torchlight walk through Zell am See.

    You will hike through the forest together with our guide and get a lot of useful information about snowology, wildlife and the rules of conduct in the mountains.

    A state-certified mountain guid accompanies you to the top of the Tristkogel mountain on 2,642 m. The route runs off the slopes amid peaceful, untouched nature.

  • 01-03-2024 | WINTER MAGIC HIKE
    Exercise, relaxation and nature experiences await you on our guided hiking tour. It is the best time to take a deep breath, relax and recharge your batteries. As a reward, you will be served a delicious punch - well rested and "enlightened", we will then return to the meeting point along a different route.

    Every Friday you can participate at the Snowshoe hike on the Maiskogel in Kaprun.
    The transfer takes you to an altitude of approx. 1,100 m, to the starting point on the Maiskogel.
